So who's afraid of the sun??

I'm a self-confessed beach baby,  In Cavite beaches are so accessible. Truly a privilege.  Going to the shore was always a treat for me. On a hot summer day like this, there’s nothing like having the cool, ocean water splashing against my skin.

Why I dont wear bathing suits on the beach because I was simply too lazy to put on Sunscreen. I wear protective clothing instead to protect myself from the sun's damaging effects while enjoying the beach. Labo!!

 The beach is another world.

Getting all sentimental

Join me in my moment of silence. Multiply officially close down.

Multiply served as back-up for my everyday photos from high school to college. Just like that, it's gone. And the worst part is, I wasn't able to retrieve all of my photos or transfer it to my other social networking sites.

I've read this news months ago but didn't do anything about it. So many thoughts of regret and guilt that run through my head right now. Bunch of pictures got deleted in just a snap. I feel like crying. I know that there are many people in this world who have concerns far more significant than mine. Sorry for being such a sentimental person. I have this habit of keeping everything. When I was quite young, probably around 14, my set of friends gave me a scrapbook filled with so many pictures of us and arranged chronologically. When I got back home from school, I pulled out many carefully composed photo albums made by my mom and dad included detailed captions and dates. I felt washed over in happy memories and if I hadn’t been a sentimental before then, I certainly was after. After that, there were always pictures taken, toasts given. They are an anchor to a memory of a past event. I call them My Archive, I know I’m preparing to remember, making sure I’ll have something tangible to look back on later.

Looking back at old photos gives me positive reminiscing and a self-soothing feeling and wishing I could back to that moment.

Preserve memories, the good ones of course!

Denim and The City Boy

here are some shots taken by yours truly

It was Saturday morning when my friend/colleague/fellow Thomasian asked me to do a photo shoot for him (Lookbook attempt) I'd say yes, right away without thinking it through. I was a photographer for a day (pagbigyan nyo na ako!) which I am very excited about sharing with you. I used my new Canon camera and I need help as I'm not yet familiar with its buttons and settings. I'm working on it.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of the images we ended up getting to say the least. I never touched those photos in Photoshop, Pixelmator, Picasa, Gimp, or any other image editing program! I pulled those straight off my sd card and put it right here. There's more coming soon, so watch out!

Work-life balance

Took a chill after work at Palmas del Sol Resort. I arrived quiet late to thinks it's just 10 minutes away from our house. Haha!

On a side note
Structured schedule, long workdays, office performance and rush hour traffic are sucking away the fun life out of me. Overwhelmed by life, anxious and exhausted. Stress has its grip on me. Chanced upon this quote on Twitter "One of the hardest parts of life is deciding whether to walk away or try harder." This will always be a challenge. You know what they say.. It's the hard knock life! So just deal with it and move forward.
