Unplanned trip to Tagaytay

This was totally unplanned/spur-of-the-moment trip. The intent was to eat bulalo in Mahogany Market. So we took a drive.

UAAP 76: UST vs NU

Yung pumasok kami (in its third quarter) one point lang lamang ng NU. When we started watching, UST Tigers  found itself in the position of having to come from behind by double-digit deficit. We were jittery and nervous. On 4th quarter Tigers continued struggling to score. They fought hard but failed to bring back into the game. That set the tone for a disappointing afternoon.  I'm sure they'll be back on track.

Oh wet season!

Last few days, Philippine has been left underwater brought by Typhoon Maring. Flooding was so widespread and caused major devastation. I didn't go to work for two days because some streets are impassable to vehicles and it wasn't safe to go outside. But of course, Business as usual regardless of circumstances, it has to stay operational. Due to lack of adequate manpower because of the tremendous amount of rainfall. Our company booked us in The Legend Villas (which is jut a few steps away from our office). So, there is no need to worry about our commuting time and for  employees' peril prevention. 

I always love hotel stays.

Then, it was off to bed... a perfect little guest bedroom with clean fresh white sheets, thermal cotton blankets, and fluffy pillows. 

on rainy Sunday

It may have seemed like I fell off the face of the earth...which I kind of did for a while. I haven't updated my blog... But hey I'm here!

It's chilly and rainy Sunday that alter my plans. When I checked the weather forecast for the week, I noticed that it was going to rain almost everyday.

My day started like this

to distract myself from this nasty, rainy, cold weather
